I live in TX and I am pretty sure they do. I used to work at a job where we required a valid ID(not expired) and people would complain b/c they could not renew their license's due to outstanding warrants. If you think about it, why get a license? If you get pulled over, they will arrest you for the warrant so no license will be the least of your worries... just a thought though.

Well, if there is a warrant in the state where you get your license you probably will be flagged!

Many states rarely pick up those that are out of the state or region unless it is a felony or major crime!

It relatively relies upon on how huge b/f's rushing fee ticket become. i do no longer probably be attentive to approximately why there's a warrant out for him for the reason which you probably did no longer clarify that intimately. particular, states now can revoke or droop your drivers' license for many stuff...regularly, failure to pay newborn help, which I completely consider. returned, it relies upon on the state, and the severity of despite the fact that action the warrant serves. you ought to bear in concepts that employing is only a privelege...no longer A spectacular, and that the privelege would properly be taken away each time, via any potential! Later!!

Why bother getting a license? Is it because you want to show you have a right to drive when you're pulled over? If so, when you're pulled over, the cop will do an outstanding-warrants check and you're caught.

I lived in Houston when I was married to "Mr. Wrong" (but that's beside the point) and any way they issued me a license that said I was MALE (I am a woman and I look like one). But I think they will probably do a background check.

More then likely they will know, and if it's seems serious enough, and the police have someone that isn't busy they will arrest you.
