Why are my tetras afraid of me? Especially when I talk to them.?

Is there anything I can do to make them like me?

dont feed for a week and stick your hand in the water see if theyll bite then theyll show you some love ^.^ good luck

They're fish.. I don't think fish ever really LIKE people.. Especially not tetras.. They're naturally skittish. Maybe the lights are too bright or you're talking too loud...

Maybe they're scraed of your teeth.Yes you can, don't open your mouth and just feed them, they'll love you for the food, they don't care about what you talk.
