If the wireless device is working properly, your computer is just telling you that there is no physical network cable attached.

You can ignore it. That is normal.

If you go to Network Connections, you can select that local area connection and turn off the notification.

It's tellin you the truth, the cable is unplugged. No problem, it's just lettin you know that your network card (which you don't need) is not connected. Just go to my connections and disable it. You do need to go to contol panel and set up wireless network if you haven't done so. Your using a different hardware device (the wireless network card) now you need to let the computer know. It's still trying to use the regular one you plug the cord in. If your wireless network is working, just go to control panel my connetions, and disable the one your not using and the network cable notification will go away.

So you have a wireless connection saying no cable connected - the wireless device has not been seen up twhat you are seeing is the onboard network card

You need to install the drivers for the wireless device and set up the wireless network

It is likely a wired network card also exist there and cable for it is not connected, if that was your intention then leave this message alone, it's no more than a "convenient reminder" that Windows throw at you like an alarm clock without off switch.
