Usually people not doing the work think it's hard. The one doing the work doesn't think it's hard because he/she likes the work. If they don't like it they keep looking until they find work that doesn't seem like work... this is the real secret.

Smart work it should be... a riksha puller does hard work but he earn only 100 rs. per day... on the other hand big tycoon of indian business do smart work and they earn... lacs in a day ... the choice is yours...
