Now I have heard of this happening. There are no bones but there are three "muscles" if you like (although they are not technically muscles otherwise working them out would make a difference to the size of your b0ner), in the shaft and like a muscle they can tear.
I read about this dude who was in an awkward position (girl doing the jockey thing... whip, boots and all... in the throws of passsion it got all bent in the wrong direction and he heard a kind of popping sound... broken willy.... enormous pain.
A man's stiffy is full of blood, and just under the skin it is encased in a tight circular ligament. If your erect penis is made to bend too hard, you can actually tear that ligament and break your dickybird like a wooden matchstick.

As in shatter? No, but it can be damaged if it's forced down during an erection, which would also be painful. So if the bloodflow is damaged, erections will be a problem.

no bones, so it cant break but it can be terribly dammaged and maybe ruined by a crushing blow.
