Do you want them to use them correctly or just use them? If just want monkey's to use them than all you'd have to do is hand some over.
Even my ex-boyfriend figured them out eventually!

I think the more pressing question should be, why do you want to get a monkey to use a q-tip in the first place. I'm sure you have some totally reason for this but i ask why?

You can teach a monkey to do just about anything, so yes, I think they could do that. Does your monkey have dirty ears?

im sure there are already monkeys who can use qtips.
people do all different wierd things to monkeys. im pretty sure teaching it how to use a qtip has already been done

to do what with? I think they dig ear wax out with their fingers and a QTip would likely puncture a eardrum... kinda like a kid might do.
