yes i have heard it and was i was cause it was a state trooper who said it and i was being padded down at the time, but luckily he found nothing and i got to go home

Why yes! But not in the real world. And it also wasn't said like that. This particular intimidation happened near the beginning of "300." There was this messenger who intimidated King Leonidas to bow down before Xerxes or else. The words the messenger uttered were more direct, "Be careful what you say (or choose your words wisely, otherwise.... or something to that effect) or they may be your last.

After I laughed in his face, he said, "You don't want to see me mad!" Then I REALLY laughed.
Some people actually do speak in cartoon character cliches! Amazing!
