Some people would not be a good judge of other's eyes. There are poker players out there. I think young, clear eyes are beautiful. Doesn't always represent a beautiful heart. I believe the heart is the window to the soul. When some people get older or due to stress, their eyes may become tired looking or yellowed or reddened. It may not look pretty but doesn't equal how their soul looks. I'm not understanding how they came up with that.
If someone doesn't look people into the eyes, it doesn't mean watch out! There are shy, insecure people that don't hold gazes. I've known of liars that can lock gazes with you while they are lieing & not meaning well. Plus, there are good actors & actresses that can show really good feigned emotion for a part. And plenty of people can do it, even when they are not on the big screen. What they say is more. Then again, they can't just talk the talk, they have to walk the walk. By their fruit, you will know them.

Yes, and when a person doesn't want you looking into their eyes be very careful. Although, based on my last relationship, the eyes can lie.
