Do anyone know the name of this music video??

Do anyone know the name of this video.... it be this girl singing and she wears black nail polish, and she has on this white and black strip dress I think, and her hair is curly. VH1 usually plays her video alot. All I know is this part she sings ah ah ah ah something like that, that's all I know...lol

I think you mean Regina Spektor. VH1 has her on the countdown currently with her song "Fidelity."
