You need to replace your color ink cartridge.
Or if that doesn't work, get it fixed at a local comp. store.
Or return the printer.

Hi,
First check is urs is a color printer and Check the color cartridge. It might be tht the color cartridge may b exhausted.

It sounds like the ink cartridge is out of red ink. If you see yellow and blues, but no red, that is definitely the problem.

try cleaning the print heads if that doesn't work then go to the store and buy a new ink cartridge

If you are using diffrent cartlidges for each color check your red one, it could be empty.
