How do you move after a broken lease?
(1 bedroom apt.)
Who accepts you?
If I pay an additional amount upfront,will they let me move in?
What's the best way to go about to fix/repair a broken lease history,can I make a paymentplan? Thank you in advance, "Getting my financials together"............................

Here's where you hope and pray they don't investigate too fully when you go to get the new place.

There may be a place where a lease isn't required--we got tons of those in my area.

It shouldn't be too hard to repair it as long as you don't mess up again. Some places want the last two landlords to find out about broken leases and to find out that you'll stay awhile.

The only other thing I can think of is for you to lie about it. If you're young enough say you were living with Mom and Dad or something.

If you are indeed an Indian beauty, then you could move in with me, lease broken or not.

Well if you move fast enough, tell the place you were staying at your mom's house before your broken lease is reported to the credit system.
