The east's overall record against the west is 181-217.
Out of 15 teams there are four that have a winning record against west teams. These teams are Toronto, Detroit, Cleveland, and Miami.
There are two teams that have a .500 record against west teams. These teams are Milwaukee and Washington.

The West kills the East almost all teams in the East are below .500 and if you see the only team with 40 wins is Detroit,there's actually no consistent teams.If you put Detroit in the West they would be in 5th place.

Have you checked out the stadings at all lately? the west completely kills the east. only really clevland and detroit have alright records. even then they arent close to the top 4 in the west.
