I have a 95 Geo Tracker, 2 door, soft-top, manual transmission.

What should my MPG be? Currently I am getting only 20MPG (all city driving) which seems pretty low to me for a small car.

Does a very low MPG indicate something wrong with the car?

Forgot to mention that although it is city driving, I am constantly driving on hills - could this add to my low MPG?

25/27 city/hwy change your air filter to a k&n (cost more now but well worth it in the end better fuel economy, more power, and last forever just need a recharge kit to clean it)get iridium spark plugs and check tire pressure. did this in my 90 storm and got 40 mpg

Get pulled by a Lightning or Ram SRT/10. If you can find one....and that's a big if. You could start with a Suzuki G13B cylinder head. Yes, I said Suzuki. The whole Tracker is a Suzuki. The G13B was a pretty awesome little engine for it's time. Forged crank, forged gun-drilled cams. It had pee-water compression ratio for the US market though. If you are really feeling creative and have some mad fabrication skills, you can wedge a 4.3 S10/Blazer V6 in there.
