this is a just for fun thing.
my friend and i are eventually gonna make a christian rock band. i play the cello, he plays guitar/sings. being the cocky one and always liking to bring up the subject of girls, we get into an argument that no chicks are into cellists and that they're only into drummers or guitarists. so he brags about it. i bring up examples like ken oak band and apocalyptica that girls are actually into them cause the body movement is supposedly attractive hehe.
remember that this is just for fun. lol so whos side are you on out of curiosity? ill show him this if i get any vouches lol :)

well hes not a cellist but he plays double bass... The guy from the Living End (I love watching him play!) and from John Butler Trio (ditto) and I'm thinking it would be the same with cellists!

Haha. I'm a cellist and guitarist and I'd definitely do myself. As for male cellists, it depends on looks/personalities... and if they take their shirt off. Haha. I can be shallow sometimes, lol. But what instrument you play has no effect if you're hot whatsoever. Unless you play a triangle or a fricken lame tambourine.

I am a cello player, and by default I must name Bach's Cello Suites. :) The Prelude to these Bach's Cello Suites is a very well-known piece, and it is quite enjoyable. Vivaldi's Four Seasons are wonderful. I love "Spring" in this series of pieces. Go to iTunes and search "the 50 Most Essential Pieces of Classical Music". This album contains plenty of wonderful music to segue into the classical genre. I also must recommend the composer Jon Schmidt for classical music with a twist. He combines great classical pieces with elements of contemporary music. Anyway, sample different pieces/ composers, and enjoy.
