Sperm can stay in the body for up to 7 days, and so you really can get pregnant most of the month if you think about it, but yes your wife could get pregnant at that time.

Im quite confused why 21st day to 25th day. Well anyways, if you had intercourse with your wife during her menstrual period, it is not possible for her to get pregnant because there is no fertile egg yet. The blood that is coming out of her vagina is the unfertilized egg, it would take about 5 days to clear it up and that is what is called menstruation. But it is not advisable to have intercourse during menstrual period because the vagina is very sensitive and it is open, it can accumulate bacteria and can cause infection. So as much as possible try to hold your desires after her period.
