Wealth is a state of mind. The things we think about determine what we see physically in our lives. In other words, "You have to believe it to see it". Are you not drawn to positive people? The world rushes to help you do something creative. When you make up your mind to accomplish anything and have any doubt about whether it can be accomplished, reverse the negative thought immediately. Think, instead of what you wish would happen. Negative thoughts drain energy from you AND your ideas, and they drain and drive away your think-tank mates. Being in a good frame of mind helps you think creatively. Remember that it takes as much energy to make a hundred dollars as it does to make a thousand. The only difference is the PLAN, and it holds true for thousands v.s. millions. Finally, read a great book by Napoleon Hill called, "Think and Grow Rich". Your eyes and world will be opened if you apply the principles to your own life.

i can give u some simple way to became a rich man.
1)born rich
2) marry money-marry someone having lot of money
3) be nice to u r grandparents- they may offer u some money
4)Spend Less Than You Earn. This simply means earn more than you spend.
5)Invest The Money You Accumulate. Money saved without investing it would debase your steps to becoming rich.
6)Do This Over And Over Again And For A Long Time. They always say: ‘Time is money and money is time.’ Never squander money nor time because they are the two ingredients that will spark riches in ones life. Remember that to become rich we must realize that there will be several downfalls before we will attain that dream. There is always a saying: ‘A person who has not encountered the bitterness of life’s bitter shall never experience the sweetest of life’s sweet.’ We shall never attain richness until we have experienced the bitterness of poverty. Investment plus time coupled with perseverance shall make us rich and millionaire.
In the end I will suggest what Benjamin Franklin once said:
‘Whether we like it or not we will all die sooner or later so let us strive to enjoy life while we can.’
