That sounds really strange. If all that eating and drinking didn't help, and now your ear hurts, you should go to the doctor. That could cause problems

It sounds to me that the pill may have "scraped" your esophagus on the way down. This will give you the sensation that you have something stuck in your throat. With all of the fluids you have taken in, it would have dissolved the pill if it were ever really actually there. I think with all of the things you are eating and drinking to try and force it down, may be irritating the scraped area. I think the ear pain may be due to all of the swallowing but didn't you say you are on an antibiotic? The ear pain may be due to your infection especially if you are experiencing a sinus infection or strep throat. Take some Tylenol and get some rest. I guarantee you will feel better in the morning!

ok. what does it feel like besides that something is there. Does it possibly feel like a popcorn kernel when it gets hung on the side of your mouth, & you just about gag yourself to death just to work it loose? I noticed that you drank lots of water and even ate bread. If you can drink milk, drink a glass.
Your ear may have started hurting because you are trying so hard to swallow whatever it is that may be hung in your throat.
I have a bad immune system (my body fights itself), so when I get a sharp pain in my ear, or getting an ear infection, I will get a pain in my throat that feels like a popcorn kernel hung in my throat. I hope this has helped. If not & you are really concerned contact your doctor about it.

you scraped your throat with the pill and you wasted all day stuffing your gut with junk, silly, sounds like you are getting a cold or something on top of that mess.
