with in forty five days after one thousand four hundred sixty days a team who plays best will win the world cup and a person of that team will be the man of the match, the man who plays best through out the world cup will be the man of series.

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties as has been proved on number of occasions, it will not be possible to predict the winner of a tournament for sure in advance.
As it stands, all the top 8 teams stand a chance to win the world cup. Whichever team plays to their potential consistently will be the ultimate winners.
