Does anyone notice a scar on Lori's face? Is that a cleft palate or something from plastic surgery? I'm just curious because sometimes it is very noticeable and sometimes it isn't.

A cleft palate is on the inside. Your palate is the roof of your mouth, so no, her scar is not from a cleft palate.
When it affects the lip, it's called a cleft lip.
It looks like she's had work done on her lips, so maybe what you see is a scar from that.

I personally think Laurie looks like a total drag queen. She's had WAY too much plastic surgery, so much that she looks like a grandmother next to her young, healthy, nourished 20-year old daughter. At first I thought Laurie was pretty, but the more i watched the show and saw the extent of her plastic surgery, i realize that it is all contrived and phoney. I feel badly for her b/c i'm afraid her face is going to cave in. Way too much botox and whatever other procedures she did... Can't wait to see the Reunion Show next Tuesday!!!

i think it was a botched facelift that she had.
