It is better to love, God is love we are to love every human on earth. But we can hate what people do that is evil, but we must still love them no matter what.

Love is a natural positive attitude. Hate is negative. When you love somebody both of you get exhilarating feeling. When you hate somebody, it leads to a negative reaction inside you as well as it will lead to ill health due to some unwanted chemical reaction in the brain. In fact LOVE is the only reality in Life. That is the main reason Jesus loved even those who crucified him and prayed to God to forgive them for they do not know what they are doing. Hence love all. nagarajan.

LOve when thing is good and we need to hate at times to forget someone, both are good, it is a balance in life

Which do you like better, being happy or being angry? Which is a more enjoyable facial expression to make, smiling or frowning? Which emotion do you prefer, being enthusiastic or depressed? Which is more likely to manifest itself physically in stomach ulcers, a care-free attitude or worry? Do you like being around people who are content or complaining? You take it from there!

hate would create alot of heavy emotions like anger and resentment, which could contribute to bad behaviours and poor choices....so i'm gonna pick love
