I have had this product for about 3 weeks now with the Vista Home Premium edition - have had nothing but problems!!
Does anyone have the same system - it runs extremely slow and am having major difficulty with IE 7. Have tried shutting down some start-up programs and cleaning browser history etc.
Perhaps it's just Vista? I am really not liking Vista right now!! Plus it will not allow me to up-date window's defender. Any legit answers would be so so much appreciated from an IT person - otherwise save the comments. Thank you very very much.

I checked the specs on your computer it should run great.Little helper gave you some great advice try his suggestions.It could be Vista or some of the software.What kind of connection do you have?I'll list some tweaking software that may help you.

if you bought the computer new u might try uninstalling any software you will not need. If IE7 is real slow you might use another browser to verify its IE7 and not your internet connection. You may need to upgrade your memory even if it a new computer. if it still runs slow after a memory upgrade it more than likely Vista. Unfortunately, until updates are provided and companies start making more vista compatible applications you wil be faced with incompatibility issues.
