Fren,I also encountered the same problem few days ago.
I can give you the tools to bypass this restriction but there's a good chance that you will get caught and get into more trouble. Just find another website or another hobby. But if u feel it important then go through the following sites ok.

http://www.vtunnel.com/
http://www.utunnel.com/
http://surfatschool.net/
http:// www.webunlocker.com./

One thing is not stated in your question that whether the sites r blocked from the server or not.If the sites r blocked from the server then I think it is impossible to open the site. But there may be chance that only the name of the site be blocked. If that is the case then you can open the site by writing the IP address of the site instead the name of the site.
U can get the ip address of the site by writing the following command in command prompt.
***** ping www.name of the site.com*****

Depends on how it blocks the site:

I fit blocks certain content, then bypassing it would be difficult.

However, and more likely if it blocks URLs, a web proxy should do the trick.

On that note: most url blockers will include a list of web proxies to block, so you might have to do a bit of searching.

Put the sites in your exception list so they wont be blocked.
