My son is almost 2. I'm thinking about taking prenatal vitamins again. I'm not planning on having another, but I just remember how great I looked when I was pregnant! Is it safe?

Yes it's very safe and very good for you. Anyone can take prenatal vitamins, regardless of your age or weather your pregnant or not.

You can buy prenatal vitamins OTC. I have never taken them but I know they are safe. The beautiful shine to your hair, the long nail growth and they probally make you feel at least 10 times better especially if you are running after a 2 year old.
