Well, it's actually Brangelina ... the only other ones I know are:
**Bennifer (for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, when they were together) - btw, this started the trend of combining names.
Bennifer 2, for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner
TomKat for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
Oh, and not really a combined name, but when Tom Cruise and Penelope Cruz were together, they were called Cruise Control.

this isnt really combined but on some gossip blogs they call jessica simpson and john mayer 'fugs and jugs'
If you read gossip blogs like perez hilton hes always making up names for new couples, i just cant remember them at the moment.
