You want to gain weight correctly - don't eat junk food. You should be trying to gain "healthy" weight - muscle mass. You should consult your physician or a dietitian for healthy ways to gain weight.

There are a lot of supplements that you can purchase over the counter for weight gain. Go to your local health food store or GNC. There are such things as "SupliMed" "Ensure". You want to go with something high protein - because that will help you gain muscle mass.

When my husband was in the Marines, he used a supplement called "Muscle Milk" that helped him gain weight in muscle mass.

The direct link for all the weight gain products from GNC is listed below.

Best of luck and I hope this helps!

Protein shakes are real good at helping to put weight on.
Over indulging (eating all kinds of snacks, etc.) can or will cause you medical problems. You don't need to rush in to gaining the 15 pounds to fast because you very well could lose it just as fast. The same would be if you wanted to lose 15 lbs and she did it quickly, you will gain it back quickly because she start experiencing hunger & start to over indulge.

eat fatty foods...chips, soda, candy etc for atleast 1 month straight. even when you're not hungry, eat. Eat whenever your stomach is not filled to the max. That would do it for sure.
