I live in Australia but have moved around ALOT in the past few years.

You need to go to the Australian Electoral Commision website
http://www.aec.gov.au/.
They have a link at the top of the page for change of address.
If you go to that and read through, there's a link to where you can check the details they have for you at the moment.
There's info there on faxing the forms through and so on.
If you're in NSW you might be better off to phone or fax them with the state election coming up on the 24th.

Every country should have a center that deals with these queries, in my country it would be the independent electoral commision, just a phone call or a search or their web site gets the answer you need
