How come the SYNC IPOD button on my itunes doesnt work?

Thats why i cant put my songs in my ipod...what can i do?

Have you tried to reset the IPOD? If that doesn't work plug the IPOD into your computer and then reset the computer. If that doesn't work use the re-install software button to reinstall the basic software for the IPOD. If both of those fail you might need a real repair.

Did you just buy it?

If so then most Ipods are not formatted for use with computers running windows. Download Itunes, plug in your ipod and format it.

You may need to reinstall iTunes.
