No - I've seen perfectly straight guys do far more than just put some foundation just to cover up their eye bags, i.e. use eye liner and blush etc.
I think a little bit of foundation is perfectly fine.

It doesn't make you gay at all, It simply means that you want to look your best. The days My allergies are acting up, or I haven't had enough sleep, I use a small dab of Preparation H under each eye.
You could do what I used to do, dare one of your friends to go into the store and get the ointment for you.. lol!
Now I just say that it's for my mom. Lmao.

You need artistry eye replenishing cream. it takes away bags and puffiness and you actually start to see results in the first 24 hours. It works very well. I get mine from http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com You have to create a customer account to be able to buy anything off the site but it's free. Its a non gay way :)

A lot of guys wear makeup. Just make sure you do it right, using a really light concealer JUST around the eyes will look really peculiar, or a really dark shade... which, as I see it, would defeat the purpose. Go around online and look up the best ways to apply it. Best of luck!

NOT AT ALL! There is no label on makeup saying KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN AND MEN. I wouldnt have a problem going out with a guy who did that at all
i would start asking questions if you wore eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow

If you want to use concealer make sure you find your exact shade or it will be noticable. If you don't want to try make-up why don't you try an eye cream for puffy and dark under eye circles .
