What is REQUIRED in order to travel and live in Amsterdam???

Generally , Imean what is the process as far as being allowed to cross international borders? I've never been outside the country before, so...little help, plz?

All you need is a passport. Everything is cool with the Dutch. Very cool folks. Have fun, cause I know I did. Try the space cakes!

forget Europe for escaping warrants, Europe extradites... Maybe try Cuba or Venezuela....
