If you ordered them from a party however, then you have to contact the person who had the party, or book party, whichever. That is who is going to deliver your candles to you. If it has only been a week, give it a little more time before you start to worry, it takes atleast a week for them to be shipped out. I am a demonstrator for Gold Canyon.

I'm assuming you did an online order, right? Do you remember who you bought it from? You can do some more searching on the web for information on the company/site you bought it from. It might be that someone else has their number of another website. You can also call 1-800-555-1212 which is the National 800 number directory. If you have the name of they company, that might help. Its toll free. Also, find out where they are located and call 411. They might have a listing.

Did you receive an e-mail confirmation of your order? Are you in the US or Canada?

There is also a contact link on the webpage.
