I know its normal for females to have body hair, usually just peach fuzz. I'm 15 years old, and am noticing that I have dark thick hairs on my stumach, mostly around my belly button. Also on my back, its thinner, but there is a lot. Is it possible I have a harmone imbalance? If so, what can I do about it? I've tried waxing my stumach, but I hate having to keep it up all the time.

Apply oil to the whole body then take bengal gram flour 5 table spoons and 1 table spoon of turmeric powder and mix this with water to make it pasty and apply the whole oiled body and let it dry for 5 minutes and then start rubbing the whole body with palms so that the paste rubs the body and the oil makes the paste in small ball which will drop out to flour as you keep on rubbing. Do the rubbing until the whole paste has come out from your body and you can notice that it would contain dirt and the hair also .After this you take the normal bath. Do this exercise every alternate day or atleast once a week and within 3 or 4 months you will see that most of the hair has come out from your body and you will have a smooth hairless body.

While this isn't terribly common, it also isn't terribly uncommon. Mostly, it's like you say, quite a chore to keep up all the time. Eventually you'll be able to turn to electrolosis if you so choose, which will preven the hairs from ever growing back, but unless you have family willing to shell out money for it, you're kind of stuck for the time being unfortunately. Some sort of hair removal will be required at this point.

I don't think that this would be due to a hormonal imbalance at all, some people just naturally have more hair than others, male, female, whatever race, it happens.

While it is normal to have some body hair, if you have an extreme amount to start growing address the subject with your doctor. And if you get tired of waxing, try bleaching them so they are not that noticable.
