I think your gonna want to replace it, after you try these other ideas. i doubt any will work longer than 30 seconds of music time.

use a flexible glue such as E6000 from Hobby-Lobby craft stores.
It will work... and eliminate most of the bizz that comes with a torn diapharm
However, the tonal quality of the speaker will not be the same ever, no matter what you do. Once the diapham is torn... you will want to replace the speaker.

If it's on the moving speaker portion,you could try mixing Elmer's glue with Crazy glue and using this mix on the tear,but the real answer is to replace it.

If the tear is on the cone and not the surround try using a matching color of nail polish thin coats. worked for me.

Use a thin later of silicone rubber adhesive on it. Both sides if you can.
I have used this on cones and the foam cone support.
