Easy. If I say it that means I really am sorry and I will appologize sincerely. I try hard not to do anything I will be sorry for and it is pretty rare that I ever have to as a result. Sometimes it would be easier to just do something wrong and appologize later but I always take the hard road and do what I feel is right. Sorry is for those who are weak, or for when I fail. I am not perfect, but in trying I do not fail often.

Depends on the situation. If I truly did something wrong I have no problem with saying sorry. However if I did nothing wrong or something trivial I refuse to say sorry.

I believe it is hard for me to say it sincerely. I may say it any number of times but to truly mean it, where it comes from the heart, is something else. I think most people are that way and it's actually something that I'm not proud of.

It's not hard to say sorry, it's being embarrassed of what you were wrong about to have to say sorry.

Its harder to say sorry... if the person doesn't know why your sorry for.
Better a true sorry then meaning it... its easy to say sorry but not easy to mean it.
