Without sounding yucky, it means that this person had sexual intercourse with this child, whether it be orally, anally, or vaginally, then found guilty of this in court. By rights, this person is now considered to be a sexual predator or a child molester.

To ask this question I can tell your not brite. It's having sex with a minor which is a felony everywhere I know. The perpatrator should have his you know what cut off and shoved down his damn throat. There is know excuse for such behavior from an adult. It's plainly statatory rape or worse out right rape which there is know room in our society for such an immoral act.
