After seeing how materialistic kids have become I'd have to say, yes. But it needs to start at home with parents. If parents would quit buying this clothing then the fashion industry for children would soon change.

Um no. If you can't afford them then they just don't get them. Most of the other kids don't walk around in Prada sneakers like my 2 year old. It's simple as that. You can't afford labels, so they don't get them. That's why there is walmart.

well, it is wrong in that it promotes ideals that labels matter ...but as for just wanting nicer things for them nahhhh...who dont
but if you are making a big deal of labels as a must have you are out of whack!
