both man and women have same desires for sex. however, woman have been suppressed by the society to hold the desire or else they would be treated as immoral or of loose character.
now the second part abt pros. they r there as long as men want them. they r for the demand created by men who want to have more and more by paying some amount. and the pros r there in market due to various reasons including forced prostitution and many a times to earn their livelihood as they find it easier since men have always been lusting for other women, more than the woman at home.

The women are from poor families who are taken advantage of and forced into prostitution. This is true in most cases. There are very few women who need sex more than a man. For them it is mostly to conceive and for men it is entertainment.. On the other hand men are dogs and they are always ready. By the way isn't the prostitution one of the oldest businesses? Also it is lucrative and so there are more willing entrepreneurs.

Neither. There are so many prostitutes because of two basic reasons.
One - they are lazy women who don't mind spreading their legs for easy money + maybe they can't do anything better to earn a livelihood
Two - men, by instinct since ages, seek 'variety' and 'pleasure' outside the boundaries of accepted relationships. So its a demand-supply equation that's been on since ages - right from the days of maharajas.

No wonder, prostitution is called the "oldest profession" in the world.

Men buy it, women sell it. That's the business. People buying it need sex, people selling it need money. That doesn't imply that any particular gender needs more sex.

Or else we could have said it this way that women are more greedy and men are more *****. But isn't that wrongly coming to a coclusion with limitized data. However the business does suggest that people have forgotten their ethics and culture.

To eradicate prositution we must:
1> Value our culture and ethics;

No women wants to be a prostitute. Most are cheated or forced to do it. But as long as there are man out there who's willing to pay, then there are bound to be women who fall prey. But don't be surprised cos there are also some women who do it to earn fast and easy money. Now tis kind od women are the ones who bring shame to us fellow women. boilogically speaking women in need of sex more than men,, but thats not the reason that they have become prostitute , never mistake my friend ,, i feel most of women does nt prefer to be prostitute , its only their financial crunch and other life time scenerios made them go like these

if possiable we younger generations should be able to eradicate this section (prostitute from the society- first we have to compleltey ban this prostitute place and give them some differnt options of employment-

expecting government to do something is stupidity- but i know its practically not possiable for us to do ,, but i have an idea ,as u knw that entire india has got 100 crores plus population- even one person contribute one rupee will make huge contribution to the society-

men are the ones who have higher sexual drives due to testosterone. hence they commit crimes liek rape.

Prostitution is not by choice ... in todays time it is forced either by condition or by a person... and prostitution exists since historical days.. it was created by kings to satisfy their natural need ... arabs have harems ... and in those days prostitutes were respected unlike todays time...
