What's the point? why wouldn't you want to get wet? if it's being done right it won't be a rush. other than that don't get licked....

You can't.
1: Licking implies use of the mouth...which is by it's nature...wet.
2: If you're being "turned on" or excited by the act, it's only natural that you will secrete fluids. That's normal, it signals readiness for sexual activity.
I think you're confusing "getting wet" (the state of being turned on) with Orgasm (the state of being sexually satisfied.)
