It's really kind of a paradox. If you think about it, the fact that it's true contradicts itself. "Every scientific Law has exception except THIS one," meaning THIS is a law. THIS is also a law without exception. Because it is without exception, there now exist a law (this one) without an exception. However, since it has no exception, it just created one. It's kind of like looking at a mirror facing opposite of another mirror. Goes on forever.
