Why are Californians so uptight?

Maybe it is because I am from Miami (which is in America's #1 state ranked for worse road rage) and I am used to be people cursing all the time and girls walking around in "whorish" clothes. The back of my bra shows, and people loose their minds. I wear heels, and people loose their minds. What is wrong with the people here? They act like they have never seen boobs before.

You must have been around some strange people becuase people in LA dress and act like what you described too.
