I'm still trying to figure that one out myself. It really pisses me off when I get violation notices for an answer that can be as simple as disagreeing with a black person. Let us all know so we can sue too.

Yes, I'm sure...if a lady can spill hot coffee on HERSELF and sue McDonalds. But could you win? That's different.
You weren't "banned immediately." Stop lying (again). The FACT is it's obvious you ask so-called "controversial" questions to be a racist and to provoke other members. Then when you succeed, you whine about the consequences. You've as much as said you "hate Blacks" and gloat about the fact that your pregnant girlfriend does also.
If you want to act like a racist, then at least have the stones to admit it.
Besides, why do you care if Whites get banned? You're not even White...

I think it depends on the context of what they said and what it is exactly that they said. But if it is something serious and you really want to persue a lawsuit against Yahoo good luck.

Yahoo cannot be sued if it imposed its regulations unless there are personal attacks against a person or unfavorable actions were made.

In the USA, anybody can sue anybody... now whether or not you have the finances to win is a different story...
