I am not quite sure what you mean by that but if I think I understand you, I say absolutely not. Follow your heart in what you choose to do. Make a difference in the world. My heart lead me to teaching and I am thankful everyday for being able to use my creativity, my brain and my heart to touch lives. There is nothing more rewarding than finding that thing that you were meant to do. When I can turn on that lightbulb in my student's minds, unleash a gift they didn't know they had or just give them a comforting hug when they need it, I know I am in the right profession. Never become so hardened or money centered that you forget who you are or fail to see the value of others.

Depends upon your your goals. If you are too much focused on your professional achievements, be it a man or woman, he/she should keep his her heart away. Else it's ok. One's heart would always lead him/her to the right path. I guess we enter the professional world following our hjeart, isn't it?
All the best...

Obviously not. Ya but one thing they can do in professional world is to "Think from mind first and then from heart" whereas in all other cases they may contiunue with their regular way of "Thinking from the heart first and mind later on".
I think that should be the best & hope it also solves your query.
Have a nice time.

If she will not take her heart with her to professional world, how can she be a good manager or administrator or even boss if she will not have qualities or head and heart.
I know why you are saying so because women are emotional never mind God created man and said, i would have create something best, so he created women.
