I am going to a skating party with my track friends(boys and girls) and i want to wear something sexy but i can't decide between wearing my dark pants with either my black tank top, gray tank top, or my pink lace top and why should i wear it, what make up and jewlery should i wear.
I have a light tan skin tone with hazel eyes and brown hair.

i think that if i wear the black or the gray top i can bring it out with a bright babish blue jacket

I would go with the pair of dark pants, and the pink lace top. It offers a bit of femininity to your look. I would keep the jewelry and makeup minimal.. Maybe a necklace and a pair of earrings, perhaps a ring. As for makeup.. Eyeliner. I, too have hazel eyes and brown hair.. I would put on some -brown- eyeliner.. It'll accent the green in the hazel, as well as let your eyes stand out more.
A bronze or emerald shade of shadow, if you plan to wear it.. again.. It'll only accent your eyes. A light touch of mascara.. brown as well.. or if you have long lashes already, try clear mascara. I use the clear stuff.. It separates my lashes, but doesn't clump them.
On lips.. either go bare or use a light gloss. I use covergirl's wetslicks in #305 Wine Shine. It's a cross between a brown and a burgundy shade.. It looks dark in the tube.. but comes off soft.
Personally, I wouldn't go overly sexy, you don't want to make yourself look like you're trying to look sexy.. You want to make it look like this is you naturally.. Like this is how you normally look, when You're not sweaty and gross from running.

well it really depends on how old you are. But wear the pink top, and as for jewlery get some hoop earings and a cute necklace nothing over the top, as for makeup you don't want to over do it, guys don't like girls to wear so much that they can't tell what you really look like, so put some light shimmer eye shadow on, mascara, a little blush and lip gloss in a nice pink. that is all you need, let your true beauty shine through.

ridht, if i were u i'd probabaly put on something like the dark pants and a pink lace top. i think that the pink will blend in with ur skin tone and will match the dark pants perfectly. As 4 jewellry i might wear like a small beads or necklace u noe. it dpends if u wanna look boyish or girlish

It's dark in the skating ring wear something bright, like the pink. Where shimmering jewelry and shimmering eye shadow with a little gloss. Knock em' out.

listen it doesn't matter what you wear as long as you're hot. if you're as ugly as a monkey's a.s.s then you need to dress to impress.
