Tell him he deserves to know that he is going to be a father

Your divorce papers are going to have to include the phrase "Wife is not now pregnant" or "Wife is now pregnant." I believe this is a requirement in all states. So the information is going to come our really soon. Better he hears it from you than his lawyer tells him! This may change a lot of the plans that both of you are making.

Congrats on the baby and good luck!

OF COURSE you should tell him ASAP. Obviously there are still feelings there, or the two of you wouldn't have made a BABY! No matter how mad I was at my spouse - divorcing, or whatever, if I hated him so much, nothing would have gotten me back in bed with him. (only hypothetical..) Obviously, there is still something between the two of you, and as mature people you owe it to your baby to give him or her a proper family with two parents.

What kind of woman would withhold this information from the father? Just another example of unethical women. Tell him! Don't get all huffy if he asks for a paternaty test, he has the right to know for sure. Also if this child is his he is entitled to be a father to her/him and share custody with you.

Tell him. The baby deserves a chance to have both parents together. Get marriage counseling.

I'm assuming your planning to keep the child, I would tell him about the child not save the marriage of course we all know children don't keep men or woman in a relationship so he deserves to know about his unborn child how he will react I don't know.

yes, you should tell him (the baby is his, isnt it?)
two of you need to discuss about it for the baby sake. sometimes eventhough the love is no longer exist, a couple will keep the marriage just for the kids.
Good luck!

tell him, by all means, he needs to know, if nothing more than how much more the judge will award you in a settlement, but by no means allow him to try to smooth things over for that reason, he is most likely trying to save his butt in court, if he does really want you after you tell him, make him earn your love and respect all over again

You had better tell him. If you don't and then hit him up for chid support you might not be able to get it for awhile. The court might look at it as you trying to pull one over.
