i dont mean like the bottom of something, or like an army base or that.
i got a strange message saying :
i want base...not ice.

i know ice is a drug, BUT WHAT IS BASE?!?

Crack or heroine...... Freebasing is also a method by which you can smoke crack or inject heroine. It's cocaine or heroine made to be water soluble for easy injection or smoking.

Not an expert on drugs or anything, but it could refer to cocaine. Freebasing (emphasis on the "base") is a method of using cocaine.
