I HAVEN'T DEVELOPET ANYTHING YET
IS IT BECAUSE I WAS 3 MONTHS PREMATURE

Some girls start to menstruate as early as age 7, whereas others start as late as age 16. The average age is 11, but every girl's body has its own schedule. Each girl goes at her own pace. So don't think you're weird if you started your period a little earlier. I started when I was 11 but my sister started when she was 9...its all different hun and not weird at all..... :o)

Nah, you're just developing early. The youngest mother ever was a 5 year old Indian girl back in the 1800's. It was said she started her period when she was 3. Just be careful out there and the only man a girl can trust is her puppy.

Nope not weird at all. My niece started at 7, my daughter at 9 and my other niece is 14 and just started her first this month. But most girls I know have started before the age of 10, I think that is the average age now days.

I read somewhere that girls are starting puberty earlier and earlier now but I didn't think anything before 8 was recorded... Every girl is different, just make sure you talk to your mom about everything that's going on and she can help you figure things out if you're confused.

That seems incredibally young! They do say girls are starting younger these days. African American girls supposedly have the youngest average, 9 years. What does your doctor say? Poor you! That must have been very dificult to deal with so young.

I started when I was 8. I think it's out of the ordinary, but I don't think it's wierd. Sometimes our bodies just get ahead of us. It's too bad for us.....

Unusual, yes. Weird, no. It's not unheard of. Some gorls start early, and some late. It's okay. My boyfriend knows a little girl of seven who just started.

My aunt started when she was 8 and i stared when i was 10 or 11 so its kinda weird

No I started at 8 wore a B cup bra that year and have been a 44DD since I was 11!

I know that being overweight can bring on an early start. If you are'nt overweight then yeah it's a little strange. Ask you doctor.
