From what I understand, it probably isn't you but someone with your same name. You need to talk with your immigration people in India, if that's where you live now, and have them straighten it out..and they can. This happens a lot more often than people realize. You have to prove you are who you are and that the name on the blacklist isn't you.

Hope this helps.

Don’t worry, it happens sometimes.

The reason is similarity in names. I am not sure which kind of visa you have applied for. If it is a visit visa, ask the concerned (whether it is an individual or company) to contact the investigation dept under Dubai immigration. They will scrutinise your name in their system with second name, family name, father’s name and passport number etc and issue the clearance after verification. Once they stamped (clearance) on your application, the concerned can resubmit your application to the immigration dept.

If it is an employment/work visa then ask your proposed sponsor to do the same procedure as mentioned above.

Good luck.

Try contacting the local UAE embassy or consulate office in your area, they might be able to help you.
