One ply appears at first look to be cheaper but in the long run it certainly is NOT. Two ply does the trick much better with less paper used.

I was watching Oprah one day about this really poor guy and he buys 2-ply and then splits it into 1-ply so that he can save on toilet paper. I still think it's REALLY funny cause the super cheap 1-ply HAS to be cheaper than splitting up the good 2-ply.

But yeah - I think everyone wants the good cushy 2-ply. I actually put a suggestion in my church suggestion box when I was younger cause they used to always get the super thin papery stuff... they actually got the good stuff shortly there after. Haha!

I feel all wiped out when I use 2 ply. Actually, 1 ply isn't all it's CRACKED up to be.
