I really think melinda will win. The girls are much better than the guys... but do our votes really count..

I honestly don't think it is a set-up because all three judges were in shock when Sundance and Sabrina were booted off. I think that the way things have gone over the past few years has been people voting for personalities and heart-warming stories (In reference to Fantasia who just sucks imo. She's whiny and I can't understand a thing she says or sings). Of all the people this year, I like Lakisa, Melinda and Gina the best. I also like Jordin, but don't think she'll make it in a three way shoot out with Melinda and Lakisha, whereas Gina may have a chance. I really think it'll come down to who people like best out of the stronger singers.

Taylor was terrible last year. Mandisa had the best vocal. I think our votes do count because us Americans vote not because of the vocals, but for the looks, personality and etc. The guys are TERRIBLE this year. It's dumb they HAD to kick of 2 guys and 2 girls. What if the guys had like no votes??? So yeah... By right, Lakisha or Melinda should win. But some guy who can't sing like Blake will more than likely win...

I think Stephanie will win...but if I didn't kno Stephanie...I would say Lakisha. Yea, Melinda has a great voice...but like they said when Fantasia (cycle 3, I think) was running, this whole show is based on popularity/looks...Melinda is beautiful...but most kids/teens won't get their parents 2 vote 4 her...they like the more modern/urban style!!! But hey that's just my opinion!!!

I can't imagine who is going to win. Every idol watcher has different taste. Personally (and this in no way means I think the others aren't good) out of all the contestants I would only spend money on a CD of Blake's. I really like his originality and his voice. I didn't say he has the best voice, but I do like it the best.

I definetly think its a set up they have had a popstar win and then a soul guy win then country then christian so whoever the rock star is is going to win!!!
