I know that Dave and and Busters has their whole age policy, but do they enforce it? Does anyone who has been there know? Do you think they would let older teenagers in without a guardian?

There is always someone manning the door. They check ID's, and won't let in un-accompanied minors.
There is also a time in the evening that they kick out everyone under 21.

No they will not let teenagers in the play area without an adult present. They are very strict on this policy, they check all id's if a party looks young.

When I went to one in Ohio, I remember they questioned us regarding my nephew who was 17 at the time.
Guests under the age of 21 (legal drinking age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years of age or older, (30 years of age or older for San Jose and Ontario locations), who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests.
The following locations enforce a year-round 11 p.m. curfew for guests under the age of 21: Bethesda, Philadelphia, San Jose, Ontario, Chicago, New York City.
One parent or guardian can accompany up to a maximum of four underage guests. (maximum of 3 underage guests in NYC)
Underage guests must remain with their parent or guardian. Our other guests appreciate this, and our insurance carrier requires it.

They probably enforce it very well, I dont think they want to get fined or bad press for admitting a minor. Any time I ever went there my ID was checked many times (I drank though). I'm not sure if they even let minors dine there, you could just call them to find out.

it's a good possibility that your local D&B was caught serving underage people alcohol and are now either being overly cautious or enforcing laws that ban anyone under 21 from being in a bar.

They serve alcohol. Expect them to enforce their age policy.
