there is a woman i work with that is very accident prone, been with us for three months and has only worked 3 weeks due to accidents at the works place. recently, i have gotten a position of power at my work and have requested that this woman be terminated from my section, i went to have a meeting with my boss about this situation and have found out the woman is SLIGHTLY mentally challenged. now i have been told that i cannot fire her, so i am stuck with my area at work being a person short almost 70% of the time and am falling behind in work duties trying to schedual appropriatly according to her mis-fortunes at work. i want to hear what all you have to suggest to me in this matter and i will bring it in to my work and the appropriate people. i need a reason with some back to it.

so let me know what the public has to say about this matter.

give her less duties (sounds like u doing that already), but then compliment every little thing she does.... it might improve her workload. or get her to quit... thats not the nicest, but just like crimson tide movie..... u gotta make that decsion captain!
